    McGill course management system selection matrix

    I went to a presentation by some folks from McGill at Educause last year on how they developed a slightly different sort of evaluation matrix to choose a new course management system. There's a link to the Educause powerpoint here and the podcast here.

    They were frustrated with traditional models of doing RFP's or evaluations and so developed a new two stage approach. It is somewhat similar to CSU Chico's development of a rubric for making a decision.
